Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Return window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, for unused items in their original packaging.
Damaged or wrong item: If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
How to request a return: Message us on WhatsApp/email at ahsanwasim216@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days, either to your original payment method or as store credit.
Cash on Delivery orders: Refunds for COD orders are issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash once the return is verified.
